As blood, a vandalic action could even become an artistic one ?
In October 2007 in
Rome, someone trashed directly into the water of
Fontana di Trevi a can of biodegradable (hopefully) red paint. He claimed as an action due by the so-called aesthetic group “Azione Futurista”, maybe close to (far) right culture. Not sure about the intentions and/or this claim, but of course, the aesthetic effect was superb !

We finally decided that the event worth definitively a visit. We stayed all the afternoon, and consequently loosing our tea at 5 PM, at the fair.
Mainly related to the XX century art, obviously with a very predominance of italian avantgarde, futirist and modernist movements, we can see some very interesting paintings by Chagall, Mirò and, moreover, by our beloved Egon Schiele.

Just a few printigs, but one of them really outstanding, with the typical Schiele-green on a extremely deturped body, even between illness and starvation

Other paintings and compositions included also a great photo of Naomi Campbell, another Kubrick-like photo montage andseveral interesting new artist, with an eye to the secessionist style, such as Mattia Montemezzani, with a design somewhat similiar to an Helbing Ferenc, but directly into a landscape and colours with a kuniesque taste …
