I was born on the 12th of february in 1950. I was going to school in Gyöngyös, a little town at the foot of the montain Matra. Here, in this environment close to the nature, was it, that I made my first experimentations with painting and graphic art. n the years 1972-74 I finished a scool for decoration, in which I had to meet the scools high expectation in graphic art and painting. For many years I have been working as an advertisement designer and work in the mean time autodidactically ont he development of my own art. The traditional Chineese and Japaneese painting had big impact on me and it still influences to this day my view as water-color painter. When it comes to graphic art with ink, amongst the Hungarian artists János Kass, Gyula Hincz, Károly Reich, ErnÅ‘ Zórád and their works of art have been my rolemodels from the beginning. The faultless and secure line management, the clean stile and the elegant presentation is what captivates me to this day and these marks of stile are also the ones I am trying to correspond to. In the past years I had three exhibitions in Debrecen. On took place in the galery of the big Reformed Cathedral of Debrecen, and the other two in the galeri of Kenézy. On my self-produced homepage, which is constantly beeing refreshed, a part of my work is on display. I enjoy producing pictures, that give joy and at the same time cause one to reflect.
