My name is János Miklósvölgyi. I was born in Debrecen, Hungary 1970. I am an artist living in Budapest. I have been painting from the age of 14, and after my secondary school final exam, painting became my professional occupation. From the age of 15, I have had regular exhibitons approximately every two years. Early in my artistic career, I received major encouragement from the extraordinarily positive reviews from Jenő Barcsay, Ignác Kokas (painters) and Gábor Pap (art historian). The painting of Dürer, Leonardo and Botticelli has also had a determining impression upon me. Perhaps, thanks to these facts, I cannot, and do not want to give up my personal interpretation of representational art. My paintings, without any exception, can be found in private collections.
