About the artist:
Painter and mosaic artist. From 1946 to 50 he studied under the instructions of Róbert Berény, JenÅ‘ Barcsay and Géza Fónyi as his masters at the Academy of Fine Arts. He was one of the young painters of the European School. He made study trips to Czechoslovakia, France, Italy, Bulgaria, the Soviet Union and Israel. He joined the Szentendre colony of artists as a member in 1964.
